Fall Baby Shower Themes
Little Pumpkin Is on the Way
This timeless theme is always a favorite for fall baby showers, and for good reason. It’s cute, cozy, and incredibly easy to customize.
Decorate your space with a mix of orange, cream, and gold pumpkins. You can use real pumpkins or go faux with glittered or painted ones. Add rustic touches like wood signs, hay bales, plaid table runners, and lots of fall leaves.
Create a soft, dreamy vibe with a “Little Pumpkin” decal, a balloon garland or a fall-themed photo backdrop. Centerpieces can include mini pumpkins in baskets, surrounded by eucalyptus or dried flowers.
For food, think mini pumpkin pies, pumpkin cupcakes, and spiced cider. A pumpkin-shaped cake or cupcakes with cute toppers are a must.
This theme feels warm and comforting, just like a cozy fall day.

A Cutie Pie Baby Shower
There’s nothing more inviting in fall than the smell of fresh pie, and this baby shower theme leans into that rustic, homey feeling.
Set the scene with vintage pie tins, gingham napkins, and a “Cutie Pie is on the Way” sign welcoming guests. Centerpieces can include fresh apples, cinnamon sticks, and mini jars of preserves or pie fillings.
A pie bar is the star of the show here! Serve mini versions of apple, cherry, pecan, and pumpkin pies, or even include savory hand pies for a unique twist.
Use wooden pie signs and soft earth tones throughout your decor to tie everything together.
This theme is ideal for brunches or late afternoon showers and adds a touch of nostalgia to the celebration.

Camp Baby: Adventure Awaits
If you love bonfires, cozy flannels, and nostalgic camp vibes, a camp-themed baby shower makes a perfect fit for fall, just think of it as Camp Baby!
Set the tone with camp-style signage like “Welcome to Camp [Baby’s Last Name]” and decorate with flannel blankets, pinecones, wood slice platters, and string lights. Think rustic cabins and chilly autumn nights under the stars.
You can set up “camp stations” for snacks, crafts, or photo ops. Offer trail mix bars, s’mores kits, hot cocoa or cider, and campfire chili or sliders. Use cute themed toppers if you’re serving cupcakes.
Give guests enamel camp mugs or homemade trail mix as favors, and don’t forget a cozy photo backdrop with trees, tents, or a faux firepit.
This theme is adventurous, whimsical, and perfect for crisp fall days.

Everything Is S’more Fun With a Baby
If you’re looking for something playful and interactive, this theme is a fall winner.
S’mores are the perfect symbol of togetherness and sweetness, just like a new baby.
Create a cozy outdoor vibe with plaid throws, string lights, and rustic wood tables. Use lanterns, a themed banner, and wood slice chargers for decor.
Set up a s’mores station with graham crackers, different types of chocolate, and flavored marshmallows, and even a s’mores cake!
Add cupcakes topped with mini s’mores, or serve s’mores dip with graham sticks for dipping. It’s interactive, fun, and totally memorable.
This theme is great for backyard baby showers or evening gatherings with a firepit.

A Baby Is Brewing
Perfect for the coffee-loving mom-to-be, this cozy theme is all about warmth and charm.
Style your shower like a little café with mugs, saucers, a coffee bar, and fall florals. Think warm brown and beige balloon garland, and elegant signage that reads “A Baby Is Brewing.”
Decorate tables with coffee cup cutout centerpieces, mini coffee bean jars, and cozy candle arrangements for a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Offer a coffee and tea station with flavored syrups, cinnamon sticks, and whipped cream. You can also include pastries like pumpkin muffins, biscotti, and coffee cake.
Send guests home with coffee beans in jars or coffee scented candles as favors.
It’s an especially lovely idea for morning or early afternoon showers in a more intimate setting.

Boots on the Ground, Baby’s Coming Around
This rustic, slightly cheeky theme brings a country twist to your fall baby shower. It’s ideal for moms who love western, outdoorsy, or southern styles.
Use cowboy boots, denim, and leather textures in your decor. Think hay bale seating, barn wood signage, and bandana prints. A welcome sign that reads “Boots on the Ground, Baby’s Coming Around” sets the tone perfectly.
For food, go hearty with BBQ sliders, cornbread muffins, sweet tea, and pecan pie bars. You can even serve drinks in mason jars and use horseshoe accents in your table settings.
This theme is playful and perfect for a fall afternoon, especially if you’re hosting at a barn, farm, or outdoor patio.

Locally Grown
If you’re inspired by farmers markets, garden parties, or sustainable living, this sweet harvest-inspired theme is full of heart.
Decorate with crates of apples, carrots, and herbs. Use chalkboard labels, kraft paper menus, and soft linen table runners to complete the vibe. Add signs like “Locally Grown” or “Farmers Market”.
A build-your-own salad or sandwich bar adds to the farmer’s market feel. You can also serve fruit tarts, mini veggie quiches, and fresh lemonade or apple cider.
Favors might include herb plants in terracotta pots, mini jars of jam, or seed packets for guests to plant their own love.

Fall in Love With Baby
This romantic fall theme is all about warmth and love. Use deep reds, burnt oranges, golds, and creamy whites to build a soft and inviting space.
Incorporate leaves into your garlands, table settings, and signage. A “Falling in Love” banner is a perfect touch for your photo backdrop. Decorate with pumpkins, lanterns, and cozy textures like flannel or knit throws.
Serve fall-inspired treats like caramel apples, cider donuts, pumpkin bread, and apple crisp.
Add a gratitude tree where guests can write what they’re thankful for, and what they’re wishing for the new baby.
This theme is cozy, heartfelt, and perfect for capturing the true spirit of autumn.

Apple of Our Eye
Celebrate the season’s favorite fruit with an apple-themed baby shower that’s as sweet as it is charming.
Decorate with apples in baskets, leaf garlands, gingham linens, and chalkboard signs. You can hang a banner that says “Apple of Our Eye” over a cider bar or dessert table.
Serve up caramel apples, apple cider, apple pie bites, and cinnamon muffins. Create a DIY caramel apple station where guests can dip and decorate their own.
This theme is fun, budget-friendly, and full of nostalgic fall vibes.

Fall baby showers are the perfect blend of cozy, cute, and memorable. Whether you’re leaning rustic, whimsical, or elegant, the season gives you all the ingredients for a beautiful celebration.
Add personal touches that reflect the mom-to-be’s personality, and don’t forget to capture those crisp, joy-filled moments.
From pumpkins and pie to apples and boots, fall is the ultimate time to shower your favorite mama with love.

This is so cute! The apple of our eye theme is my favorite! It reminds me of a family member I have. She loves everything apple, apple juice, apple pie, apple turnover, you name it! Unfortunately she can’t eat the apples themselves cause she’s allergic. Right now she has no children and is single, but when she is blessed with marriage and children I definitely plan on using the Apple of Our Eye baby shower theme! I think it would be a really nice surprise!
Apple of our eye is one of my fvorites too 🙂
All the themes are very lovely, creative, with soft colors.
